Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities in collaboration with business units.
  • Evaluate and control costs to ensure budget adherence, cost efficiency, and statutory compliance.
  • Regularly review and compare budgeted costs against actual expenditures to identify variances and take corrective action.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to align with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply and favorable terms.
  • Lead negotiations to secure optimal terms and conditions, focusing on cost savings and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee daily procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Ensure all procurement and spending activities comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Cost Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or costing functions, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful supplier management and contract negotiation.
