Senior Executive Costing Optimization
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities in collaboration with business units.
- Evaluate and control costs to ensure budget adherence, cost efficiency, and statutory compliance.
- Regularly review and compare budgeted costs against actual expenditures to identify variances and take corrective action.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply and favorable terms.
- Lead negotiations to secure optimal terms and conditions, focusing on cost savings and risk mitigation.
- Oversee daily procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure all procurement and spending activities comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Cost Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or costing functions, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful supplier management and contract negotiation.
